What a refreshing experience at this dentist. From getting my wisdom teeth removed and a cleaning to a root canal I’ve been treated with such care and kindness, something I have just unfortunately never experienced at any past dentists. I have had some very traumatizing experiences leaving me with a lot of anxiety, but coming here has been really healing for me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, especially if you have any sort of fear of going to the dentist! They do a fantastic job of taking things slow, explaining the process, and checking in with you. Thank you!

Reviewing on behalf of my partner.
Frankly, I’ve been to several dentists over the years. Almost all of them fixed the major concern first. Then moved on to the optional services. But here, the order was reversed.
Is this miscommunication something else? I’m not sure.
Firstly the good things:
1. The receptionist and the dental hygienist were friendly and accommodating.
2. The parking on site was comfortable.
Bad things:
1. We visited this place to help diagnose and cure because of my wife’s pain due. 4/5 appointments over 3-4 weeks, the core concern was not addressed at all.
2. During those appointments, the team addressed the non-urgent concerns. Only on the final appointment, a relatively senior doctor confirmed that she needs to go to a specialist.
3. She complained that some jr. medical staff used a large sized mouth guard and kept her waiting.
After multiple X-rays, multiple appointments, when our insurance limits were exhausted, we were referred to another specialist.
The first time I went there, the whole place was clean with a coffee machine. But the moment I opened the washroom door, it was not properly cleaned. This left a lasting bad impression.
Edit: to address the teams response. A referral was provided almost a month after our first visit. She had around 4-5 appointments for non-core services during that one month, so extended period away argument falls apart.

Worst Clinic I’ve Ever Been To
Summary:
-2 different dentist to work on same tooth
-Changed the treatment plan without consent
-Tried charging same $ after changing treatment plan
-1 dentist didn’t understand the problem and so worked on the wrong side of tooth.
Story: 👇
I went there with a tooth that had been filled by a dentist in Calgary and had sensitivity issues after the filling. I went there for a bite test, for which I paid $110 (bite test + 1 single-tooth X-ray).
The dentist suggested that I wait a few weeks and scheduled another appointment in one month.
After about a month, I was still in pain, so they called me in for a quick check. This time, the dentist was different. I explained the problem again, and she was very nice. She gave me a treatment plan of around $405 to refill 3 surfaces of the tooth, plus $148 for pain medication.
They sent an estimate to my insurance. My insurance confirmed that they would cover the $148 but not the $405. I asked for a discount, and they agreed to give me $35 off.
I went for the refilling. This time, the first dentist worked on my tooth. He changed the treatment plan and decided to fill only one surface. He asked if that was the most painful side, and I said yes.
They were showing me the X-ray and asking me which side was painful, even though I am not a medical professional. How would I know which side was the correct one just by looking at an X-ray? It was their job to properly identify the problem and explain the change in treatment before proceeding.
They charged my credit card $370 ($405 - $35). I even asked why I was being charged this amount when only one surface was being filled, but the dentist’s assistant told me they had still done 3 surfaces. My mouth was numb, so I couldn’t feel what they were doing. I paid.
After I came home and the numbness went away, I realized they had worked on the wrong side. The most painful side was still painful.
The next morning, I texted them with the X-ray and explained that they had worked on the wrong side of the tooth. They replied that I had shown the wrong side to the dentist. After some discussion , they agreed to do the other side for free.
The second dentist, Dr. Davis, worked on the other side. After she refilled the other side,my toothache was finally gone. I am very thankful to Dr. Davis for helping resolve the problem.
Later, I also realized that my insurance did not cover the $50 medicine they had changed to without informing me. They initially asked me to pay for it, but after some discussion, I did not have to.
Overall, this was a really terrible experience, both treatment-wise and money-wise. I am thankful that Dr. Davis eventually helped resolve my toothache, but the overall experience with this clinic was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I like that they have parking available for their clientele. When I arrived I let them know and waited for them to tell me when they were ready for me. I had an outstanding experience from start to finish during my dental appointment. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and professional. From checking in at the front desk to being welcomed into the treatment room, everyone was friendly, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
My dental hygienist, Leah, was exceptional. She was warm, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the cleaning and examination before she started. She regularly checked to make sure I was comfortable and was incredibly gentle while still being very thorough. I appreciated how she answered all of my questions and shared helpful tips for maintaining my oral health without making me feel rushed.

Two fillings. Same clinic. Same doctor. Both fell out within 2 years. That alone should tell you everything — but the real story is what happened after.
When I called in pain asking for an urgent appointment, the earliest they could offer was 4 weeks away. For a tooth so sensitive I could barely eat. No afternoon slots. No weekend availability. Not even 30 minutes. When I explained I had already used all my vacation and sick days, they said the only option was to come in 2 weeks — but I'd have to take an unpaid day off to do it. That was their solution for a patient in pain with a failed filling.
I asked to speak with a doctor or manager. At the end of his shift, Dr. Qaim Mitha called me — not to help, but to tell me I was being rude. He also suggested the fillings failed because I didn't floss or brush properly. Two teeth. Same clinic. Same timeframe. I've since spoken with other dentists, and they all said this kind of failure on two fillings in under two years is very rare. Make of that what you will.
The clinic's official position? The warranty expired 2 months ago, so it's entirely my problem. They also pointed out that the doctor who originally did the work no longer works there — and offered to give me her contact number to "resolve" my issue. I came to this clinic. I trusted this clinic. I am not a patient of someone who has since left — I am a patient of the practice. That distinction seemed lost on them.
I was told the manager would call me Monday. Dr. Mitha's exact words were that she'd call "maybe in her break, if she has time." She didn't. I had to call her myself. Her answer was the same: not our problem, here's the old doctor's number, goodbye.
This clinic does not stand behind their work. They do not care about patients in pain. If your filling fails two months outside a warranty — on work that clearly didn't hold — you are completely on your own.
Save your time, save your money, save your teeth — if you don't want to pay twice to fix the same tooth, do not come here.

I had such a great experience at Central City Dentist. It was my first time going to the dentist in a while so I was a bit nervous, but my hygienist made me feel comfortable right away and walked me through everything he was doing. Dr. Cho makes me feel like a valued patient and is very gentle compared to dentists I've seen in the past. Calling the next day to see how I'm feeling is especially appreciated. Who does that?? Not any other health professional I know. I can't say enough about how well I'm treated and the lavender scented hot towel at the end of a visit is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend Dr. Cho and Inspire Dental over all. It's a positive experience right from the friendly receptionist and Sarah, the best dental assistant ever!

I visited Inspire Dental Clinic for the first time for a routine check-up, and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Lee was incredibly kind and accommodating. Although my appointment was just for a check-up, I requested a filling on the spot, and he graciously agreed to do it. I was referred by a close friend to try Inspire Dental and to see Dr Moarefi as I have a HUGE phobia of the dentist.
I can honestly say that it was the BEST decision I have ever made!!! Dr Moarefi is not only on top of her game in her profession, she is so very compassionate and really took the time to explain things so that a “Regular Joe” like myself, could understand.
I have an upcoming appt and believe it or not, I am not nervous in the slightest for my procedure… that in itself is a miracle!
ALL the staff are friendly and you can tell they CARE about each and every patient.

Dr. Cho & Alia are amazing. I got my wisdom tooth extracted today and Dr. Cho did it effortlessly in 10 minutes, it was a painless procedure. They are very accommodating and always try to work around your schedule.

I go here regularly to do my cleanings and operations. Awesome vibe and friendly front desk ladies. I had a very bad experience with Inspire Dental Surrey. I had a scheduled cleaning appointment for 75 min. The hygienist took so long to do X Ray due to faulty machine and then while cleaning the teeth she kept pouring water in my mouth without realizing that the cleaning machine is not working. After about 30 min she called another hygienist to fix the cleaning machine and by that time she realized that she has spent all the time. Left with no choice, she did a manual scrapping/ flossing and called it a day. To the extent she told me that she cannot do more cleaning as my gums are inflammted. If that was the case then she should have told me in the beginning. When I questioned that their machine didn't work for most of the time, they had no answer and said you are absolutely right. You can talk to our Manager. By then the receptionist had already submitted the claim to my Insurance company.
The manager first called it a communication error, not sure 😕 how it is a communication error when the machine didn't work and you just did a job of 10 min and charged my insurance whole lot of money. Then she put the blame on hygienist without taking any responsibility. I had informed my insurance not to clear any bill from this clinic as they didn't do the job.
I would like to warn ⚠️ everyone using this clinic to check the time they actually spend on you as the way they charge you. And they actually do their job instead of just making you sit on chair and watch the clock ⏰️.
The management response to whole incident was we can reverse the charges.... As if they had done a favor

About two months ago, they did not honour the Canadian Dental plan card. Now they do. I am very glad; I have been going there for the last 45 years when still Dr Jesten was there. I had several implants at the Vancouver office and here, many crowns here and other jobs. I'm not very unfortunate with my teeth, but very fortunate with them. I could not imagine a nicer atmosphere, friendly, pleasant, respectful professional people. I encounter many doctors there, and all are top-notch. When they do a tooth, it is done right for decades coming.

I can’t say enough good things about Inspire. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with dentists over the years and I chose their office because of the rave reviews. They have a great reputation for a reason!
The admin team is accommodating, responsive and helpful, even through e-mail, which was so appreciated.
The hygienists and dentist were so friendly and compassionate. I never felt shamed or spoken down to, and they made sure to explain everything thoroughly so I could make informed decisions about the care I was receiving.

I had a consultation with Dr. Nasim Moarefi regarding my overall dental condition which I was pretty much sure was really bad. After a deep cleaning and scaling the doc suggested multiple fillings to take of the cavities that my teeth had developed. I had multiple sessions with her and finally when I see the results, all I can say is that she and her team (Kristin) did a marvelous job. I had absolutely no pain during the entire course of treatment and the procedures were done immaculately. Besides, the insurance claims were super smooth and I had a wonderful overall experience with this dental care. Highly recommended for anyone who's looking for dental check-up and wants to pursue healthy dental care. Cheers!

Amazing experience for myself and my little one. Everything from the follow up reminders, all pre-communication leading up to the appointment, and in-person service was warm and friendly. There was no wait in the reception area; I was seen right on time and those waiting in the reception all had arrived early prior to their appointment. I am so used to having poor time management and unclear communication from all previous dental clinics. They are doing something right here, that’s for sure!!!

Inspire Dental Group Surrey is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help me when I had an abscess molar and had poor treatment from my usual dentist. I called Inspire for a second opinion when I was told freezing wouldn't work and to just wait for antibiotics to kick in. Inspire was so professional and understood how urgent it was. I went to the ER as the pain was excruciating! They made room for me the very next day and was able to provide freezing and do a pulpectomy (drain it) that same day! Dr Moarefi and the staff were literal guardian angels! I am so grateful for their prompt service, compassion and professionalism ❤️🙏 I'm going back for a root canal and I am switching my dental services here immediately. Thank you Inspire Dental Group! You saved me 🥰😇

Switched over to this clinic over a year ago and can’t recommend them enough. Warm, friendly environment with professionals who work with care. Big shout out to the front desk work administrators/receptionists. (Sorry I forgot your names). Had an issue with my insurance providers today, and they were completely understanding of the situation. They allowed me to cancel on the spot without charge. Really great people who go out of their way to make sure your visit is seamless and comfortable. Easily the best clinic I’ve been too!

I usually have nothing but good things to say about this dental practice and have successfully referred many clients to several locations. Until recently I called in the other day to cancel an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was definitely doing a dis service to the establishment with the way she handled my inquiry. I tried explaining the reason of the cancelation and it fell on deaf ears. Instead of the superb customer service I usually receive I was belittled and immediately reminded of my past no shows/cancelations. I even suggested if I could reschedule again that was ignored. It seemed as the only thing that was being addressed was the 75 dollar re booking fee which I felt was being threatened if it were to happen again. I gave a 25hr notice and I understand there are policies indicating a 48hr window for cancellations. That does not excuse the atrocious customer service I received, the tone of voice which was used was uncalled for. Did not feel like a client at all just a nuisance at that point which left me with a feeling to write this review. Being in the customer service industry for over a decade this kind of service proves ludicrous. Lots of places are fairly understanding with these types of cancelations. Seems the industry standard is usually 24hrs for example my physio/chiropractor/podiatrist's/family doctor would be satisfied with a 24HR notice. I don't understand why I received this kind of response but I can assure its not the way to retain business.

They have a great team there. Everyone I have interacted with were wonderful. Friendly and easy to deal with. Space is modern and clean. There is free parking available for your visit in the underground lot.

Had a fantastic experience here. Dr. Najia Bhimji and team did an excellent job to help me get my smile back. They're highly professional, take care of every little thing and make you feel very comfortable during the treatment. I went for multiple fillings, and it was nicely done.

Very professional and comforting staff. I have been treated kindly and with respect, despite the challenges with my teeth. I've been to the clinic many times and have no negative experiences. They even took not of my birthday, gave me a nice card and gift card to boot! Love this clinic!
