I had a great experience at Terminal City Dental with Dr. Omid Shafiey and his team. I recently had a root canal done here, and honestly, I was expecting it to be a very painful experience because I had always heard that root canals can be quite painful. To my surprise, the whole procedure was very easy and much more comfortable than I expected.
Dr. Shafiey was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. The entire team was friendly and welcoming as well.

I had my cleaning with Zoha, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. I’ve had uncomfortable and sometimes painful experiences with cleanings at other dental offices in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this one was. Zoha made the whole appointment feel easy and relaxed. Honestly, it was probably the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had.
Liza at the front desk was also fantastic. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful when I arrived, which really added to the overall experience.

UPD: The dentist adjusted tooth #11 as requested and made a minor adjustment to tooth #47. I was informed that improving the color match would require replacing the filling. Since this would involve additional treatment, I decided not to pursue it further.
I am unfortunately not satisfied with the results of my recent dental treatment.
During this visit, I had three fillings done: teeth #11, #13, and #47. The filling on tooth #13 is acceptable, although I can still notice a color mismatch compared to my natural tooth.
My main concern is tooth #11. After the procedure, it appears to overlap with the neighboring tooth, even though my front teeth looked properly aligned before the treatment. The filling color is also noticeably different from my natural tooth color.
In addition, tooth #47 has continued to be painful for four days after the treatment. In my previous experience, fillings have never caused this level of ongoing discomfort. The treated front teeth have also become sensitive to hot and cold temperatures, despite having no sensitivity or pain before the procedure.
The day after my appointment, the clinic contacted me for a follow-up. I explained the issues that concern me, and a return visit was scheduled for June 12. I appreciate the opportunity to have these concerns addressed. I will update this review after my follow-up appointment to reflect the outcome.

The whole INSPIRE dental experience especially with the each and every staff works there are always pleasant, nice and professional. I do appreciate them for their utmost care every time I go there. When it comes to dental treatment woth Dr. Kwong, he’s absolutely a master. He’s got the skills and experience but also great communication skill to have the patient understand the easiest ways and to choose the best for them. He would tell you not to do it if anything is not necessary whilst maybe other dentists might go that route. He is my new doctor and as anyone who starts as a new patient, it’s natural to have some anxiety and some mysterious clouds hanging before your head but with Dr. Kwong, everything is crystal clear and I can trust his recommendations and his excellent hands 100%. I was introduced to this clinic last fall (2023) by two good friends R and R who gave it high marks.
Both my husband and I have been delighted with the experience.
I have gone from being a total scaredy-cat to almost a relaxed cat.
Dr. Kwong, Dr. Ma and Dr. Loh provide highly skilled services along with the latest in technology. This is wrapped in a clinical atmosphere, where all the staff aim to make your visit as pleasant as possible. For example; water, tea, coffee is served if desired, staff check on your level of comfort during procedures, follow-up calls are made post service and more.
All of the staff present as very warm, gentle, funny and knowledgeable. Oh, I can't forget the client appreciation parties! A real treat!
Ps. Also, we met a nice dentist at the opening of new office on Main Street, Dr. Kang.

The Inspire Dental ‘experience’ is not the usual visit to the dentist that most people perceive to be dreadful however, the Inspire Dental Group has found a way to make me feel like I matter and that they care for me and my family on an individual basis. It is an experience that takes all of the dread out of going to the dentist!

Amazing service! Five stars across the board especially to Jordan, Dr. Kang and Chandler who assisted me today! It was a smooth transition from the Inspire Surrey location to the Downtown one. All of them were able to assist me with no issues. If you want top notch service and ideal location , Inspire Dental is where you got to be!

This is such a good dentist. Really amazing service with reminder emails and texts and easy scheduling. Dr. Bhimji has incredible bedside manner and was really informative. The technology they use is next level with digital 3D modelling of your teeth and so much more. Also watching Netflix on a TV inlaid into the ceiling makes the whole experience much more entertaining. Keep it up!

It was an amazing experience with Inspire Dental Group, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dental clinic to others.
I was anxious and nervous about the extraction of my wisdom tooth but everything was so fast, I didn't feel any pain, and the healing time is without any problems.

Have been a patient about a year now and the atmosphere for a dental office is amazing. Dr. Bhimji, Jordan, Chandler and everyone makes you feel welcome. All their tech also makes it very easy to see and understand what is going on with my teeth.
Also have found their hours of availability when scheduling appointments to be very convenient
