I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Inspire Dental Group. As someone who has had a lifelong phobia of the dentist, I was extremely anxious about my initial visit. From the moment I walked in the lovely receptionist Chandler made me feel at ease with her warm and welcoming demeanor.Dr. Kwong was incredibly professional, and his mannerisms were so calming that I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped eliminate past fears of dentist visits.Jordan, the dental hygienist was exceptional. Her technique was gentle yet thorough, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable.Thanks to the amazing team at Inspire my fear of the dentist are now a thing of the past. They excel at doing the little things which make you very comfortable at every visit. I was introduced to this clinic last fall (2023) by two good friends R and R who gave it high marks.Both my husband and I have been delighted with the experience.I have gone from being a total scaredy-cat to almost a relaxed cat.Dr. Kwong, Dr. Ma and Dr. Loh provide highly skilled services along with the latest in technology. This is wrapped in a clinical atmosphere, where all the staff aim to make your visit as pleasant as possible. For example; water, tea, coffee is served if desired, staff check on your level of comfort during procedures, follow-up calls are made post service and more.All of the staff present as very warm, gentle, funny and knowledgeable. Oh, I can't forget the client appreciation parties! A real treat!Ps. Also, we met a nice dentist at the opening of new office on Main Street, Dr. Kang.I want to name all of the staff, but I am afraid I will leave out a name. Big thank you to all.Brenda

This is such a good dentist. Really amazing service with reminder emails and texts and easy scheduling. Dr. Bhimji has incredible bedside manner and was really informative. The technology they use is next level with digital 3D modelling of your teeth and so much more. Also watching Netflix on a TV inlaid into the ceiling makes the whole experience much more entertaining. Keep it up!
